What areas do you service?

What does "trade access" mean in the Full Home Transformation?
Access to showrooms, suppliers, and product lines that are not available to the general public. Better quality construction, materials not sold through retail channels, and pricing that is frequently below what you would pay in a store. For clients furnishing an entire home, this access often saves more than the cost of the service itself.
How far in advance do I need to book?
I take a limited number of in-person projects each month. Typically 3 to 4 weeks lead time for the In-Person Room Design, and 4 to 6 weeks for the Full Home Transformation. For large projects or renovations with specific timelines, the earlier you get in touch the better.
I'm mid-renovation. Is it too late to bring you in?
Mid-renovation is actually the most valuable time to bring in a designer. Decisions are being made under time pressure and the cost of a wrong call is high. Having clarity on finishes, fixtures, and furniture before the trades need the answers — rather than after — is where the most expensive mistakes are avoided.
What if I'm outside the service area but want in-person design?
The Virtual Whole Home Design System ($3,497) delivers the same depth of design — every room, every decision, with all the bonuses — remotely. For clients outside Toronto, this is the equivalent service at the same level of completeness.
